Overview
Zih Wobme Birěkhka was founded durring the early 13th century in fall of the year 1211, by Szazzo Zlênmê. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Szazzo Zlênmê.
Zih Wobme Birěkhka was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Zih Wobme Birěkhka is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Zih Wobme Birěkhka is buildings are arranged arround a network of narrow flagstone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The town's somewhat suffishent are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
The first thing you notice about Zih Wobme Birěkhka is the large sign at the entrance welcoming you to their humble town. Children come up to you and say hi, some asking if you’ve fought any big monsters, and others just zipping away after their hello. The adults are much the same. By the time you’ve made it a significant way into the town you’ve been invited to a tavern for a pint to drink in exchange for news of the world. You’ve also had no less than three older women give you a sweetroll and direct your attention to their still unmarried children. It would be creepy if it wasn't so sincere.

Cultural Notes
Two or more groups of citizens within Zih Wobme Birěkhka hate each other. Their neighbors or the local law have kept things from too-overt violence, but members of the groups will constantly interfere with their rivals and cause whatever misery they can get away with. This hate may spring from recent events, or it may be an inherited spite from old wrongs.
Zih Wobme Birěkhka's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Zih Wobme Birěkhka was attacked by a renegade group of the army. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Zih Wobme Birěkhka lost 260 people, 340 livestock, and 29 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 118, when members of Zih Wobme Birěkhka's militia enacted an operation to delay the operations of the enemy. The operation was complicated by the militia had access to far less resources than expected. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in a stalemate for Zih Wobme Birěkhka's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Zih Wobme Birěkhka's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
